This Extended Product Warranty protects your purchase beyond our standard 1-year coverage with the same high level of Standard Warranty applied. This program is available for residents of the United States of America and Canada Only and subject to the verified cover area base on your Zipcode. You can now purchase a three-year (3) extended warranty for your Shuttle Computer. This extended warranty is a replacement contract that entitles you to one replacement or repair of your Shuttle Computer in the event of a claim.

The Standard Computer is precision built, tested and inspected before leaving our factory. It is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for the time period specified in the extended product warranty. The extended warranty period begins after the 1-year standard warranty expires. This warranty shall not apply to any unit that has been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence or accidents. Such damage will be repaired at normal repair service charges. Shuttle Computer Group shall not be responsible for any incidental, special, or consequential damages. All implied warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited to the duration specified in the extended product warranty.

We perform manufacturing, configuration, refurbishment and repair services where our partners are required to provide customer fulfillment services on a local scale. This enables our partners to reduce their investments in capital and infrastructure and allows you to focus on the continued development of your core business activities.

Shuttle also has the knowledge, industry contacts and the capability to purchase the component parts, perform the build operations, install the software and ship your complete solution directly to the customer site where it can be maintained by trained and certified Shuttle field engineers.
