Question / Issue
Internal USB port 1 on SX58J3 doesn’t work.

Answer / Solution
Internal USB port 1 on SX58J3 doesn’t work.
 
Problem: Internal USB device unable to function after plugged in to the USB port (location USB 1) on the SX583 motherboard.
Solution: Please make sure the orientation of the USB device’s connector is in the proper order.  There are five pins on that USB 1 header. Pin 1-5 is counted from the one at the far inner side to the one closer to the outside. 
Pin Assignment (USB 1):
1 = Ground
2 = Ground
3 = D+
4 = D-

5 = VCC
